Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch office work is required (no work-from-home).
• Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across varying levels and settings.
• Maintain confidential business and personal information.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments for customer accounts.
• Originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is accurate and document interactions.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
