Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• On-site at the branch office is essential; working from home not permitted.
• Travel, including overnight travel, is required.
• Meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Analytical with sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to meet branch goals and customer needs.
• Market branch offerings to current and prospective customers.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments.
• Originates new loans with existing or new customers.
• Learn underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and document interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Build internal and external relationships and respond to needs promptly.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Adhere to all 1FFC policies and procedures.
