Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site at the branch office is an essential function of this job (no remote work).
• Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.

Responsibilities

• Recommends products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conducts collection calls to arrange payments.
• Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with customers.

• Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions.
