Job summary

Citizens Community Bank is seeking a detail-driven Loan Processor to join our lending team. You will support a seamless lending experience for customers while upholding community values and exceptional service.

Your responsibilities include processing and reviewing consumer, commercial, and real estate loan files, coordinating with officers and clients, and ensuring compliance and timely closings. A minimum of 2 years’ experience with loan processing and Fannie Mae guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related field.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Are proficient with loan processing software and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and customer service.
• Have hands-on experience with Fannie Mae guidelines and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare consumer, commercial, and real estate loan documentation.
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with loan officers, and customers, to gather necessary information.
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
• Manage loan files and ensure timely processing to meet closing deadlines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.
