Job summary

Citizens Community Federal is seeking a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. This role partners with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accurate, efficient processing in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will input loan data, gather due diligence, review documents, and coordinate closings from approval through funding, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; two years related experience may substitute.
• Two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two years of experience in loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loan data in origination and documentation systems (e.g., Baker Hill).
• Collect and review third-party due diligence items (appraisals, title, etc.).
• Verify documentation to protect the bank's security interest.
• Prepare settlement statements, payoff information, and pre-close reviews.
• Coordinate appraisals, notices, and searches; monitor timelines through closing.
• Prepare loan documents for various commercial loan types; ensure compliance.
