Capital Community Bank is seeking a diligent Loan Processor to assess loan documents for completeness and accuracy. You will work with Loan Officers, Assistants, Audit, and Operations to ensure high-quality loans.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and strict adherence to bank policies while handling documentation, reporting, and closing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with bank loan and deposit systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review loan documentation pertinent to loans and collateral.
• Verify Borrower’s and Guarantor’s credit reports.
• Review collateral, including real estate appraisals and title commitments.
• Review flood determinations to ensure property is not in a flood zone.
• File UCCs and verify liens and vesting; ensure accuracy of collateral details.
• Enter loan information in LaserPro and Horizon.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers and Bank Operations; communicate progress.
• Support compliance with Bank policies and regulations and contribute to team objectives.
