Citizens First National Bank in Storm Lake is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support centralized loan functions by preparing and processing loan documentation for various types of loans.

You will ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, coordinate due diligence, manage closings, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers, while collaborating with attorneys and title companies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for new loans, renewals, and extensions with accuracy.
• Coordinate due diligence items: appraisals, title work, credit reports, flood determinations.
• Process liens, mortgages, and releases of mortgage and title liens.
• Originating and managing tickler reporting.
• Maintain pipeline reports and manage loan closing timelines.
• Review files post-closing for compliance and proper execution.
• Ensure accurate funding and input of loan data into systems.
• Communicate with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and agents.
