Citizens Community Federal N.A seeks a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. You will coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and title companies to ensure accurate processing in line with bank policies.

The role emphasizes thorough data entry, documentation review, and timely closings. The team values accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaborative problem solving across stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field required (or 2 years' related experience in lieu).
• Two years of experience in financial services and two years in loan processing are required.

Responsabilidades

• Input and maintain loan data in the bank's loan origination/documentation systems.
• Order, collect, and review required third-party due diligence items.
• Obtain and verify supporting documentation to protect the bank’s security interest.
• Prepare and review settlement statements, payoff information, wire and disbursement details.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies, and borrowers.
• Book transactions and process funding, disclosures, and post‑closing processing.
• Maintain audit-ready loan files and processing logs.

Formação académica

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field

Two years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of the Associate’s degree
