First Community Bank is seeking a diligent Loan Processor to prepare, review and process consumer and commercial loan files in accordance with bank policies and regulations. You will support lending staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain borrower information with a focus on compliance and service.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and strong communication as you coordinate with borrowers and internal teams to complete transactions and keep loan records up to date.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of loan processing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of TRID, TILA, HMDA, ECOA, BSA/AML, FCRA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process new loans, renewals, modifications, extensions and other loan transactions.
• Review loan approvals and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and process loan documentation using bank systems.
• Verify loan terms, collateral, insurance, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain loan records and customer information.
• Adhere to all bank policies and regulations.
