Citizens Community Federal N.A seeks a Commercial Loan Processor to support documentation, closing, funding, and servicing of commercial loans. You will collaborate with lenders, credit staff, borrowers, attorneys, and title companies to ensure accurate, compliant processing from approval through funding.

Responsibilities include data entry, due diligence collection, document verification, settlement preparation, closings coordination, and post‑closing support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Two (2) years of experience working in loan processing.

Responsabilités

• Input and maintain loan data in origination and documentation systems.
• Order and review third‑party due diligence items (appraisals, title, etc.).
• Verify documentation to protect the bank’s security interest and ensure compliance.
• Prepare settlement statements, payoff info, and pre‑close review items.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, title companies and borrowers.
• Book transactions to core systems and process funding and disbursements.
• Maintain audit‑ready loan files and processing logs.
• Escalate issues to leaders for resolution.
• Support servicing documentation and post‑close actions.

Formation
