Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent typing and data entry speed with accuracy.
• Strong PC knowledge and ability to use standard office equipment.
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work with colleagues at all levels.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with consumer loan inquiries.

• Maintain a satisfactory service level regarding call volumes and document preparation.
• Interview customers regarding loan details and answer questions.
