The Loan Originator role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and guiding customers through the financing process.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate new loan opportunities
• Excellent relationship building and referral development
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up
• Knowledge of lending processes and terms
• Customer-focused communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms within Dunmor's guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events and networking opportunities.
