Dunmor is seeking a Loan Originator to generate new business, build relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and guide borrowers through financing options.

You will manage an active loan pipeline, consistently meet monthly origination targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and closing. You will also represent Dunmor at industry events to grow market presence.

Responsabilités

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate markets, lending trends, and competitive offerings.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Keep accurate and current prospect, customer, and loan information in the CRM.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and production results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the financing process, communicating updates and helping resolve issues.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Build awareness of Dunmor's lending programs within assigned markets.
• Follow up with industry contacts to develop new relationships and generate loan opportunities.
