Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination or finance sales.
• Ability to build relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
• Strong pipeline management and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through outreach and referrals.
• Meet monthly origination targets.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline from opportunity to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support loan processing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events.
