• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms consistent with Dunmor's lending guidelines.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate loan opportunities.
