The Loan Originator is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and helping customers structure financing solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms consistent with Dunmor's lending guidelines.
