Dunmor is a direct real estate lender focused on residential and multifamily financing. We seek a Loan Originator to grow our business by building relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and guiding borrowers through the financing process.

You will manage an active loan pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and network within local markets to drive deal flow and growth for Dunmor.

Qualifications

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events and build market awareness.
