Dunmor, a direct real estate lender serving residential and multifamily investors, builders, and developers, seeks a Loan Originator to grow our business. In this role you will source new loan opportunities, build relationships with borrowers and referral partners, and guide customers through financing with Dunmor's programs.

You will manage an active loan pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in loan origination or mortgage sales.
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Source new loan opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, and referral partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly loan origination targets.
• Evaluate financing opportunities, structure loan scenarios, and negotiate terms consistent with Dunmor's lending guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, builders, developers, brokers, and other referral partners.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Maintain an active loan pipeline with timely follow-up from initial opportunity through closing.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Credit, and other internal teams to support timely loan processing and closing.
• Represent Dunmor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Build awareness of Dunmor's lending programs within assigned markets.
