• Ability to understand and interpret compliance regulations.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Reviews customer account instructions and ensures proper documentation.
• Verifies accuracy of transaction details for accounts, fees, rates, spreads, and instructions.
• Responds to emails and customer requests fully and promptly.
• Participates in team meetings and implements agreed actions.
• Researches Suspense Account entries to identify unapplied payments.
• Processes loan confirmations and forwards confirmations to customers.
• Supports implementation of key projects and maintains control sheets.
• Escalates any work or environment exceptions to Management.
• Maintains documentation and archiving of records per policy.
