Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial loan operations.
• Strong knowledge of syndicated and commercial loans and markets.

Responsibilities

• Support back office activities for commercial loan/letter of credit products.
• Interpret credit agreements and loan/fee accruals, perform calculations and reconciliations.
• Perform complex operational transactions and research issues to resolve them.
• Train new employees in systems, procedures, and processes.
• Suggest changes to policies and procedures based on day-to-day observations.
