• Ability to initiate, develop, and implement projects and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of lending procedures and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail; can handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral).
• Ability to understand and interpret compliance regulations.
• Ability to deal with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review customer account instructions to ensure proper documentation.
• Verify accuracy of transaction details for account transactions, fees, rates, spreads and instructions.
• Ensure pre-processing and processing checks are carried out.
• Respond to emails and customer requests promptly and comprehensively.
• Participate in team meetings and implement action points.
• Research Suspense Account entries to identify unapplied loan payments.
• Process loan confirmations and remit to customer as required.
• Support implementation of key projects and update control sheets.
• Escalate any exceptions to Management promptly.
• Archive records and maintain inventory of archived records.
• Ensure new loan instructions have executed documentation and approvals.
