You will research loan requests, document transactions, and ensure audit-ready records, collaborating with business areas and teams to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience.
• 3+ years in banking operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and bank systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Commercial Banking and syndicated loans.
• Knowledge of lending policies and underwriting basics.

Responsibilities

• Book, fund, pay, and maintain commercial loans and letters of credit.
• Research loan requests from business areas and respond with solutions.
• Review payment history, loan balances, and related documents.
• Execute dollar transactions, collateral setup, and GL balancing.
• Create and analyze error reports and payment logs.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Identify and resolve problems within guidelines.
