Job summary

Coldwell Banker Premier is hiring a Loan Operations Coordinator to manage disclosures, file assignments, submissions, and closing processes across the Mid-Atlantic and Florida markets.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team through complex mortgage workflows, ensuring timely communication with loan officers and borrowers.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage operations or loan processing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership with strong communication and team management.

Responsibilities

• Disclosures: complete requests same-day and resolve delays with LOs.
• File Assignment: assign loan files to processors and verify access to pending disclosures.
• Submissions: ensure same-day submission requests and track CDs.
• Processing & Communication: ensure borrowers and LOs are contacted within 48 hours of receiving files.
• Closing Oversight: verify CDs are pre-balanced 72 hours before clear-to-close (CTC).
• Administrative Tasks: onboard new loan officers and support post-close compliance.
• Lead morning file assignments and pipeline meetings.
• Audit conditional approvals to identify bottlenecks.
• Track CDs and ensure timelines for compliance.
