Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage operations or loan processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and strong communication to manage team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning file assignments and pipeline meetings.
• Audit conditional approvals to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Track Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ensure timelines are met for compliance.
• Coordinate disclosures, appraisals, and initial CD signing as required.
• Oversee closing package preparation and pricing verification with LOs.
• Assist onboarding of new loan officers and handle select admin/marketing tasks.
