You will lead morning file assignments and pipeline meetings, audit approvals, track CDs, and ensure timely communication with borrowers and loan officers while maintaining post-close compliance. Strong attention to detail and leadership are essential to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Disclosures: Ensure all disclosure requests are completed same-day and coordinate with Loan Officers to resolve issues.
• File Assignment: Manage loan file assignments to processors and verify access to pending disclosure files.
• Submissions: Guarantee same-day completion of submission requests and timely sending of initial Closing Disclosures (CDs).
• Processing & Communication: Ensure processors contact borrowers and LOs within 48 hours; ensure disclosures are signed, appraisals ordered, and CDs signed if required.
• Closing Oversight: Confirm CDs are pre-balanced 72 hours before CTC, verify pricing with LOs, and have the closing package ready within 48 hours.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist onboarding of new loan officers, support some marketing duties, and manage post-close compliance.
