Responsibilities

• Disclosures: Ensure all disclosure requests are completed same-day and coordinate with Loan Officers when delays occur.
• File Assignment: Manage loan file assignments to processors and verify access to pending disclosure files.
• Submissions: Guarantee same-day submission requests and track delays to ensure CDs are sent.
• Processing & Communication: Ensure processors contact borrowers/LOs within 48 hours and disclosures are signed.
