Simmons Bank is seeking a Loan Boarding Specialist to ensure accurate and timely setup of new loans and renewals into the core system. You’ll review documents, validate data, and resolve discrepancies to support a smooth onboarding process.

In this role you will coordinate with internal teams, adhere to SLAs, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering precise loan information for borrowers.

Competenze

• H/S Diploma/ GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of applicable work experience.
• Experience in loan servicing, loan boarding, mortgage operations, banking operations or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Review loan documentation packages for completeness and accuracy prior to boarding.
• Board new loans and renewals into the core system.
• Verify and validate key loan information including borrower data, loan terms, collateral information, escrow setup, and payment details.
• Research and resolve boarding errors and exceptions.
• Coordinate with other operational departments to obtain missing or corrected information.
• Review and establish escrow accounts, tax information, insurance details, and other loan-level records as required.
• Ensure all boarding activities are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
