Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with loan officers and processing staff to complete tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information related to loan origination, including reports and appraisals.
• Respond to loan customers by phone or email with routine inquiries about payoffs and changes.
• Prepare disbursement worksheets and loan documentation checklists.
• Scan loan documents into the core system and ensure liens are filed timely.
• Support loan officers to ensure compliance with HMDA, CRA and other requirements.
• Serve as liaison between loan officers and loan processing staff; handle clerical tasks.
