Responsibilities

• Provide support to consumer loan customers and bankers across the footprint.
• Coordinate loan documentation preparation and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Assist in servicing consumer loan relationships and answer questions for staff and customers.
• Monitor loan payment activities and prepare reports on maturities and ready-to-close loans.
• Communicate loan terms, costs, repayment methods, and collateral requirements to applicants.
• Ensure loan files are complete and compliant for audits and regulatory reviews.
