Job summary

Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Loan Data Entry Specialist to support loan operations, ensure accurate data entry, funding, documentation, and compliance. This role collaborates with the Managing Director of Loan Operations and the Loan Processing Team to maintain regulatory standards while delivering excellent service.

Key duties include daily data entry for new/renewed loans, reviewing approvals, processing funding, maintaining loan accounts, and assisting with monthly reporting and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or business.
• 3–4 years of general banking experience.
• Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Professionalism, integrity and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry for new and renewed loans, funding and payments in the core system.
• Review approvals and closing conditions before funding.
• Process funding entries and disbursements to match approved documents.
• Maintain loan account information and perform servicing activities.
• Support monthly reporting including relevant regulatory submissions.
