Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
• Active Loan Officer license (NMLS).
• Solid knowledge of loan products and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
• Proficiency with MS Office and loan processing software.

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports, financial documents, and client goals
• Recommend appropriate loan products based on client eligibility and financial situation
• Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
