You will collaborate with an in-house manager and processing team to ensure smooth approvals and compliance, while meeting sales targets. The role emphasizes client relationships, accurate documentation, and staying up-to-date with lending guidelines and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role.
• Current Loan Officer license (NMLS).
• Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting, and industry compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports, financial documents, and client goals
• Recommend appropriate loan products based on client eligibility and financial situation
• Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and support teams to drive timely approvals
• Maintain detailed knowledge of lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referral business
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
