Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a loan officer or similar financial role.
• Licensed as a Loan Officer (NMLS) is required.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by reviewing credit reports and financial documents.
• Recommend loan products based on client eligibility and finances.
• Guide clients through the loan process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Verify documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with underwriters and processors to drive timely approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of lending guidelines and market conditions.
• Build client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
