Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year mortgage-related experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including phone/computer work and document handling.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for borrowers.
• Review loan files, identify deficiencies, and notify loan officer/processor.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional details via phone or email.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors.
• Support lending and processing across stages as needed by management.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and other loan types.
• Deliver appraisals or property valuations to borrowers and retrieve proof of receipt.
• Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with Title Company and customer.
