Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in delivering timely closings and exceptional borrower experience. You will review applications, assemble documentation, and manage a pipeline across conventional and government loans while coordinate with processors and title teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in mortgage-related support, strong communication, and proficient MS Office skills. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year mortgage-related experience, customer contact.
• Salesforce experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documents.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers.
• Create rate disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers.
• Review loan files to highlight deficiencies and notify team.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers.
• Help manage pipelines across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and 203K.
• Facilitate timely closings with Title Company and borrowers.
