Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in day-to-day duties and help drive timely closings. The role involves reviewing loan applications, assembling disclosures, and maintaining borrower communications.

You will work with customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure accurate documentation, efficient processing, and smooth closings while providing strong customer service and clerical support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications and documentation via phone/computer work.
• Create and deliver rate disclosures and re-disclosures to borrowers.
• Review loan files, identify deficiencies, and notify loan officer/processor.
• Provide clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors as needed.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage loans.
• Coordinate with Title Company and borrowers to schedule closings.
