Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily duties, helping to increase production and ensure smooth closings. You will review disclosures, assemble packages, and manage a diverse pipeline across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans.

Strong communication, organized prioritization, and proficiency with office software are required; Salesforce experience and MS Office skills are preferred to coordinate with borrowers,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• Sales experience preferred and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation via phone/computer tasks.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers; create rate disclosure packages.
• Review loan files, highlight deficiencies, notify loan officer/processor.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional details as needed by phone or email.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors.
• Assist in managing a diverse pipeline (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, reverse mortgage).
• Coordinate delivery of appraisals/valuations and track receipt of documents.
• Help schedule closings with Title Company and customers.
