Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily duties, helping increase loan production and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will review loan applications and disclosures, prepare rate disclosures, manage a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage products, and coordinate closings with borrowers and title companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver to borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages.
• Track loan files and follow up to ensure timely documentation.
• Provide clerical support to loan officers and processors.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans including 203K and reverse mortgage products.
• Deliver appraisals/valuations to the borrower and retrieve proof of receipt.
• Coordinate with Title Company to schedule closings.
