Job summary
CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant in Midlothian, VA to support mortgage loan officers in daily duties and help drive loan production. You will work directly with customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a smooth experience and timely closings.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
- Previous sales support experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
- Review loan disclosure packages and deliver to borrower.
- Create rate disclosure packages and deliver to borrower.
- Review documents and loan files to identify deficiencies and notify lender.
- Coordinate with loan officers/processors to ensure timely closings.
- Provide clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors.
- Assist in managing a loan pipeline including various loan products.
- Deliver appraisals and retrieve receipt proofs.
- Track outstanding items and follow up with customers.
