Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Document Verification Specialist to review and validate foreclosure-related documents in an on-site Tempe, AZ office. You will ensure accuracy, provide feedback to firms, and assist attorneys with figures and status updates.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to investor requirements. Suitable candidates have 2+ years foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience and an active Notary Public commission; college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience required.
• Active Notary Public commission required.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and execute foreclosure-related documents.
• Provide feedback to foreclosure firms on documents needing revision.
• Calculate and provide judgment figures and debt information to attorneys.
• Maintain accurate status updates and comply with investor requirements.
• Work on-site and adhere to schedule; potential deposition testimony may be required.
