Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Loan Officer from application through closing.

You will collaborate with processors and applicants to maintain a smooth loan process and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a family-like, casual yet professional environment. In this role you will handle clerical tasks, maintain records in LOS, assist with document preparation and processing, and support the team across stages of the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages clerical tasks to facilitate timely loan closings.
• Maintain LOS logs and assign loan files.
• Manage document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
• Split and stack loan documents.
• Provide overflow document drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Departmental filing.
• Performs variety of PTF functions including VOE, VOM, VOD.
• Other duties as assigned.
