Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG) is seeking a Sales Assistant to support Loan Officers from application through closing.

You will collaborate with processors and applicants to ensure a smooth loan process and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a family-like, team-oriented environment. The role requires handling clerical tasks, maintaining logs, and processing loan documentation with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager.
• Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing.
• Assigns loan files
• Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed
• Splits and stacks loan docs
• Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor
• Departmental filing
• Performs variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VOD
• Other duties as assigned
