Union Home Mortgage Corp. is seeking an energetic Loan Officer Assistant to manage initial applications and guide borrowers through the process. You will coordinate with the Managing Loan Officer, collect documents, and keep files updated from contact to contract.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Loan Officer Assistant role.
• Be structured, detailed and accurate in approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of the Encompass LOS and MS Office suite.
• Ability to identify and resolve client issues with good judgment.
• Desire to work in an energetic and high-paced environment.
• Skilled at multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide WoW service to all clients from initial contact through the contract received.
• Lead Follow Up with clients and realtors as needed.
• Document review and collection of borrower documentation and pre-approval materials.
• Maintain regular contact with Managing Loan Officer on status of files.
• Attend weekly huddles with LOA Team Leader and sales meetings.
• Pull initial credit and list required documents for pre-approval.
• Add contract details to loan files and coordinate with title company and realtor.
• Manage Lead tracker and team meeting communications.
• Coordinate with UW desk for guidelines as needed.
