Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is seeking a Sales Assistant who will support Loan Officers from application through closing and collaborate with processors and applicants to ensure a smooth loan experience.

You will manage loan files, maintain LOS logs, draw documents, and perform various clerical tasks to help close loans on time. A high school diploma and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in loan processes or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns loan files and manages clerical tasks to facilitate timely closings.
• Maintains document mailing/logs in LOS and processes loan documents.
• Provides overflow doc drawing support and handles PTF tasks (VOE, VOM, VOD).
• Performs departmental filing and supports the loan process end-to-end.
• Other duties as assigned.
