Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking a Sales Assistant to support Loan Officers from application through closing. You will collaborate with processors and applicants to ensure accurate, timely documentation and a smooth loan process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and a service‑oriented mindset. Full‑time on-site position with benefits; required NMLS appointment and state licensing in good standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience).
• Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Technologically proficient.

Responsibilities

• Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings.
• Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing.
• Assigns loan files.
• Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed.
• Splits and stacks loan docs.
• Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Departmental filing.
• Performs VOE, VOM, VOD and other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
