Job summary

Panorama Mortgage Group is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant in a support role to facilitate smooth loan closings. You will liaise between the Loan Officer, borrowers, and operations, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation throughout the processing cycle.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and customer service excellence, with responsibilities ranging from collecting required documents to VOE ordering and filing readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with at least two years of mortgage lending experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Demonstrated urgency and responsiveness in customer interactions.
• Patience and professionalism when dealing with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; basic math.
• Ethical with commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officer as needed (minus licensed activity).
• Help collect missing documentation for loan files from borrowers.
• Work with Processor to clear Loan Officer conditions.
• Update Loan Officer on status of conditions and copy them on correspondence.
• Order verification of employment (VOE).
• Stack files for processing.
• Manage client and referral partner databases.
• Handle basic office tasks: phones, schedules, copies.
