Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is seeking a Sales Assistant to support Loan Officers from application to closing. You will work closely with processors and applicants to ensure a smooth loan process and a high-quality customer experience in a family‑oriented, professional environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage loan documentation, LOS logs, and VOE/VOM/VOD tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience).
• Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing.
• Technologically proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Sales Assistant, your number one customer is the Loan Officer and will be assisting them from the beginning of the application to closing. You will be working closely with processors and the applicants throughout the entire loan process. To succeed in this role, you will need to create raving fans by having strong communication skills and be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience. • Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager. The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described below
