LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist potential borrowers and customers with questions about loan products, evaluate vehicles, and manage loans and payments in person at our Lansing, KS location. You will maintain regular communication with customers regarding accounts, make courtesy calls when needed, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone.

• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications.
