Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer or POS systems.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate power equipment and store technology safely to move and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and report safety hazards or theft to management or Asset Protection.
• Load customer vehicles and assist with loading for Pro and Garden Center needs.
