Job summary

You will help maintain in-store stock, assist with large orders, and participate in garden center or Pro loading areas as needed, contributing to a clean, safe shopping environment and responsive service to customers.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely and maintain in-stock conditions through stocking and replenishment.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
